6 EARS OF SWEET CORN, cooked and kernels removed
2 TBSP MELTED BUTTER (or fat of choice)
2 TBSP LIME JUICE
1 TBSP CHOPPED CILANTRO
½ CUP FETA CHEESE, CRUMBLED
STEP 1:
In a small bowl, mix butter, lime juice, and cilantro.
STEP 2:
Place corn kernels in larger bowl and pour butter mix on top. Stir to coat.
STEP 3:
Crumble feta cheese on top of corn before serving.
