Ignore the hot mess photo but today I have to say thanks to Lindsay! I’ve been working out with MIF every day for the past 2 years. I took my 4 kids for a hike this afternoon, and we got lost. Everyone was really tired and I ended up carrying my almost 3 year old on my back and holding my almost 2 year old on the front for about half an hour. The trail was really muddy in places, and I had to balance on sticks and logs to cross over the mud with them on my back. Every squat and balance challenge I’ve ever done lead up to that hike. If I ever questioned why I do it, I definitely had an answer today. It’s all about that grit and grace! My scale hasn’t budged in over a year, but I have lost at least one pants size and have gotten much stronger, so it’s all about non-scale victories for me!
